New York State Inspection Checklist

Some components that will be checked during a state inspection include:

• Brakes
• Horn
• Lights (including Brake Lights, Turn Signals, Four Way Signals)
• Steering and Suspension System and other Major Systems
• Mirrors
• Windshield and other Auto Glass
• Tires
